A empresa onde vai trabalhar Integre um novo desafio como Chief Marketing Officer, numa empresa de Retalho Premium, em Lisboa.
A sua nova função Com reporte ao CEO, este profissional será responsável:
Definição da estratégia da marca, seu posicionamento:Recolher best practices, monitorizar o mercado para entendimento dos consumer insights e dos nossos concorrentes;Criar um brand book com os valores da marca;Definir o target consumidor e suas sub-marcas, e alinhar o brand voice da marca com o consumidor;Coordenar com a equipa de produto o principal foco de comunicação;Branding e estudos de mercado: Criação e acompanhamento de estudos de mercado que nos permitam entender:Consumidor em loja própria (survey com carácter mais informal e limitado);Consumidor transversal: com estudo de mercado mais profundo com apoio de empresa de estudos de mercado;Ponto de venda B2B e B2C: cliente mistério;Plano de comunicação, eventos e PR:Criação de um plano de comunicação a 12 meses com:visão por canal (website, TV, Social media, newsletter, ponto de venda B2B, B2C);categoria em destaque/produto (smarts, joalharia, analógicos e homem);tipo de ativação/conteúdo (influencers, eventos, ads, UGC, foto ou vídeo de shooting, entre outros);Acompanhamento da relação com a agência de PR;Definição das embaixadoras e influencers para posicionamento da marca (awareness vs conversão);Criação de conteúdo:Desenvolvimento do conceito criativo das principais campanhas, incl. shooting e acompanhamento da execução do mesmo (garantir key visual);Implementação dinâmica de mini-shooting por designer freelancer ou estagiária com conteúdos de produto que elevem a marca para Tik tok, instagram e ads;Geração recorrente de novo conteúdo para ads, com claim e call to action e fazer liaison com agencia de digital marketing;Gestão do processo de fotografia de produto: white background, still life e humanizada;Criação do mapa de lançamentos de produtos.Produção dos materiais de comunicação de cada canal;B2B: grelhas, tecidos, newsletter B2B e outros materiais trade marketing/promocionais: flyers, catálogos, montras, entre outros;Retail: grelhas, tecidos, newsletter B2C e outros materiais trade marketing/promocionais: flyers, catálogos, entre outros;Online: newsletters, banners, fotos de landing page;Digital: conteúdos de redes sociais (Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)NacionalInternacionalGestão da equipa e monitorização dos resultados/budget:Implementação de dinâmicas de desenvolvimento pessoal – identificar falta de formação ou competências;Desenvolvimento e gestão do orçamento de marketing por categoria (e respetivos processos);Monitorizar e medir a "effectiveness" das campanhas (links UTM, retorno, vendas) e ajustar objetivos de acordo com novas aprendizagens.O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Procuramos profissionais com Licenciatura em Marketing, Gestão ou algo similar, com experiência prévia em funções similares em lançamentos de marcas. A fluência em Inglês e o domínio de Marketing digital são requisitos obrigatórios.
