**Controlling Operator for Business Projects (M/F/d)**

Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more

**Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?**

**What role will you play?**
- Operational controlling activities for Siemens internal business customers;
- Create internal contracts and follow each contract until it is completely signed;
- Ensure costs charging as well as any clarification needed and monitor the respective status;
- Prepare reports of specific customer KPIs (e.g. Gross Cost, Charges, Net Cost / Profit, Employees): preparation of key data, scorecards, graphics, reports and analysis - key comments and highlights - data report and maintenance;
- Assure budget and forecast reporting completeness within deadlines.

**We are looking for**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory); Other language is a plus;
- Good MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is mandatory;
- Knowledge of SAP is highly valued;
- Strong communication skills and team orientation;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving;
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.
