**Global People Analytics & Reporting Consultant**

**Location: Remote Worker - Open on location, eg. India, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Mexico**

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In your role as People Analytics & Reporting Expert, you will support our people analytics function and assist in building our team to become data consultants to the business.

We aim to become an efficient, truly lean, and data-driven organization and are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people & organizational topics. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You create robust ad-hoc reports, deep dive analyses, and data models to provide compelling insights enabling stakeholders in their decisions-making
- You create compelling storylines and visualizations to deliver analytics insights to our stakeholders and support our people agenda
- You consult the business and corporate functions in the development of effective people & organizational strategies through effective use of data analysis and analytics
- You are an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate
- You assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the access, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department

**What You Bring**
- You have at least 3-6+ years of professional experience in human resources, people & organization, data analytics from a consultancy, startup, digital hub or function
- You have a degree in business administration, behavioral economics, psychology, IT, data science, organizational development or related field
- You have extensive experience in HR reporting, data analysis and analytics
- You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to build thorough reporting and valuable use cases
- Ideally, you have additional certificates (e.g., User-Centric Design, Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and sound knowledge in data technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA)
- You are well versed in stakeholder management and executive communication
- You have a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, are eager to learn, and thrive with your challenges
