**About the job Influencer Marketing Associate**:
**Our client is a leading e-commerce brand, in Portugal and is expanding across Europe. Their dedicated team continuously innovates, striving to deliver top-quality products that have a positive impact on their customers' lives by promoting fitness, energy, health, and well-being. This commitment has led to a remarkable growth of over 50% per year in recent times.**

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with a strong passion for and experience in Influencer Marketing. This role will actively contribute to the expansion of our client´s global affiliate program by developing, implementing, and monitoring campaigns in collaboration with their national and international affiliates. The Marketing Assistant will be fully immersed in the affiliate program, which includes creating strategic campaigns, crafting and distributing newsletters, maintaining personal communication, and overseeing an affiliate portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop affiliate program newsletters, including their full implementation, analysis, and enhancements to boost Open Rate and Click Rate.
- Spearhead the development of affiliate campaigns aimed at ensuring sustainable program growth.
- Design and analyze A/B tests with a proactive approach and specific criteria.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create creative assets.
- Actively identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and scalability.
- Discover and establish best practices in Influencer Marketing by closely monitoring market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in marketing management.
- Exhibit a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Demonstrate exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken communication, is **indispensable**.
- Have advanced knowledge and practical experience with Excel (knowledge of PowerBI and other tools is a plus).
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be capable of working in dynamic, high-activity environments.
- Possess the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
