**Responsibilities**

Affiliate Program Management:

- Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program to drive user acquisition and revenue.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates that align with our brand and target audience.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliate partners.
- Provide affiliates with promotional materials and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and optimizing strategies as needed.

Influencer Marketing Management:

- Identify and contact potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
- Negotiate and secure agreements with influencers, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and compensation are clearly defined.
- Coordinate and distribute branded content to influencers for their posts.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, preparing monthly reports detailing the impact and ROI.

Strategy Development and Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay current with social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
- Recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of affiliate and influencer partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Passion for fitness, nutrition, and mental balance is a plus.
