PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING:

- To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree
- As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

Our Seat Structure Systems Division is looking for a VIE Program Quality Leader for its plant in Sao Joao Da Madeira, Portugal.

The mission will last 24 months.

The Program Quality Leader represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters.

Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

- Identify the initial Program Quality objectives, built-up the management plan and ensure a regular follow-up
- Achieve the Quality objectives - including Safety & Regulation, Environmental, Perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliers
- Monitor the objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow up based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, Tolerance stacks, PPM,
- Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non conformance
- Approve the "Design Validation Plan" and "Production Validation Test" established by Engineering and ensure its completion according to the program milestones
- Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures & gauges
- Be responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of parts delivered to the customers
- Prepare and compile the PPA (Production Part Approval) files, supports the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit
- Lead the relation with Customer Program Quality
- Master's degree in engineering
- In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques
- Trained in Program Management System
- Customer relationship skills
- Above average communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- International mindset
- Good English level required
