Posted- 05-Apr-2023- Service line- Advisory Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Marketing- Location(s)- Lisbon - Lisboa - PortugalA CBRE encontra-se a recrutar um/a Community Manager para integrar a equipa de gestão on-site de um dos seus ativos sob gestão, em Lisboa.

Reportando hierarquicamente ao diretor do edifício, o/a Community Manager deverá representar os valores da CBRE, procurando cumprir a nossa missão, bem como liderar e implementar a estratégia de marketing de experiência que irá fomentar a construção de uma comunidade entre inquilinos e utilizadores do edifício, reforçando assim o posicionamento e imagem do edifício no mercado.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

Terá com principais responsabilidades:
**Estratégia de Marketing**:

- Implementar o plano de marketing para dinamizar a experiência do utilizador no edifício, sendo o principal objetivo gerar experiências e consolidar a Comunidade;
- Gerir eventos e KPI’s de fidelização dos utilizadores do edifícios;
- Identificar oportunidades, desenvolver iniciativas e ações entre a Comunidade pensadas para fomentar conexões entre as empresas do edifício;
- Definir os suportes de comunicação interna do edifício;
- Gerir os canais digitais do edifício (Web, App RRSS) e procurar e desenvolver parcerias estratégicas;
- Desenvolver o envolvimento com a comunidade local e campanhas de RSC.

**Comunicação e Criação de Comunidade**:

- Criar e dinamizar canais de comunicação com os inquilinos e utilizadores do edifício;
- Realizar inquéritos anuais de controlo de qualidade, assim como inquéritos aos utilizadores do edifício para traçar os seus perfis e que permitam melhorar a experiência do utilizador;
- Manter uma comunicação fluída com os inquilinos através de reuniões ou encontros periódicos, e ser um facilitador relativamente a qualquer necessidade identificada pelos inquilinos;

**Gestão de Serviços**:

- Promover serviços no edifício para melhorar a experiência do utilizador;
- Propor potenciais serviços que possam acrescentar valor ao ativo;
- Criar parcerias comerciais estratégicas;
- Implementar estratégia de Hospitality da CBRE.

**PROFILE**
- Formação superior em Gestão de Empresas/ Marketing/ Comunicação/ Hotelaria/ Gestão de Eventos;
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em funções similares;
- Experiência em Real Estate, Marketing Digital e/ou Design será valorizada;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e orientação a objetivos;
- Capacidade de gestão e organização;
- Autonomia e tomada de decisão;
- Proatividade;
- Compromisso com os projetos em que se envolve;
- Orientação para o cliente;
- Proficiência na língua inglesa;
- Conhecimentos de espanhol, falado e escrito, serão valorizados;
- Domínio de ferramentas Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop.
