**Position: Client Support Specialist**
**Location**:Remote (EST)
**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Support Excellence**: Provide top-notch client support, ensuring a positive experience and swift resolution of queries or issues.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, Searcie.io, Slack, and Zoom.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences.
- ** Collaborative Communication**: Collaborate with internal teams, sharing client insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements.
- ** Technical Troubleshooting**: Assist clients in technical troubleshooting, working closely with our technical teams when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Medium to high-level spoken English proficiency for internal company conversations.
- Previous experience in client support, with a focus on SaaS or related industries.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar platforms is a major bonus
- Tech-savviness - SaaS, startup, or tech experience is a bonus
- Must know how to use Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, Searcie.io, Slack, Zoom
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high performance.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Intellectual Quotient (IQ).
- Candid communication style, open to giving and receiving feedback.
