Senior Internal Auditor

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare, perform and document internal audits of all areas of our business in EMENA
- Analyze and evaluate organizational processes and structures in terms of efficiency and effectiveness and compile constructive recommendations respectively
- Prepare audit reports and conduct appropriate follow-ups
- Continuously develop the internal audit system as well as internal audit programs and instruments
- Perform in-house consulting projects
- Close cooperation with Compliance, Data Privacy, Internal Controls and Risk Management

**Your profile**:

- Strong IT skills: very good knowledge of SAP and ideally, knowledge of Google Workspace, TeamMate+, Alessa & IDEA Apps
- High level of motivation, persuasiveness, persistence, commitment and integrity
- Logical and analytical thinking, structured work approach and eagerness to learn
- Team player with professional curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German language desirable
- Ideally previous experience in the field of auditing within the industrial sector
- Japan-SOX knowledge desirable
- CIA / CISA / CFE certification desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 33%)
