**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Digital Corporate Communication Specialist** to join our Corporate Communication team. Your mission will be to enhance and strengthen Nestlé’s corporate reputation by building trust through our purpose creating and executing a corporate communication plan that supports management in informing, engaging and motivating employees in pursuit of a shared strategic vision and goals, using the different communication channels and tools available. You will be also the Corporate Communication Digital Expert by defining and supporting social media strategies, listening activities, website content management and optimization as well as providing support to new digital projects.

**A day in the life of a Digital Corporate Communication Specialist**
- Assist in develop and deliver an informing, engaging and inspiring annual communication plan with strong focus on digital, negotiating independently with external partners and suppliers to define, agree and achieve set targets;
- Support the development and execute Corporate Social Media strategy, content planning and execution. Perform Social Media Listening Analytics and execute corporate website content management and optimization;
- Support SEO optimization for corporate websites and follow SEO KPIs;
- Co-ordinate different communication channels (both internal and external) to ensure consistency of messages. Ensure that brands communications - NIM scope - are duly reflected in Digital Corporate Channels when appropriate;
- Communicate internally through digital channels information that either anticipates or is simultaneous with external release in a timely manner tailored to the diverse employee groupings;
- Manage external and internal communication projects and create quality instruments;
- Manage digital communication projects;
- Identify change situations requiring special communication effort.

**What will make you successful**
- University degree in Communication, Marketing or other similar areas
- Strong digital media experience (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience in corporate communication and internal communication track-record (minimum of 2 years)
- Knowledge of managing brand identities and adapting it to different digital channels
- Exceptional language skills in local language
- Very strong language skills in English
- Strong relational and communication skills to manage senior internal stakeholders
- Ability to plan and prioritise different projects effectively
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and conflicting demands
- Ability to think creatively within construct of given budget
- Strong passion for digital and openness to learn and develop in this area
- Analytical, structured thinker, team worker and results oriented
