Prodigy AI - Accelerating Connection is a company based in the USA with Portuguese roots. We're based in New York and Lisbon.

We have 2 main business areas:
We are expanding our team and looking for someone with quick learning ability, adaptability, attention to detail, and organization to join our international team.

More important than meeting the criteria outlined below is having a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, quick learning, and a lot of curiosity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales: We need someone who understands sales, copywriting, and marketing and who is capable of helping us come up with smart campaigns to generate leads for our clients. This process involves lead scraping, targeting, copywriting, etc.
- Organization and Process Creation: As we scale we need someone with attention to detail who can help us build and maintain systems
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact and guiding them through our products and services.
- Marketing Operations: Collaborate in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, content creation, and market research.
- Adaptability: Be ready to take on challenges and tasks that may fall outside of the traditional sales and marketing roles, contributing to various aspects of the business as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset, open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Advanced English (the whole team is international)
