As a TV Business Manager, you are responsible for the overall strategic projects for sustainable solutions and stabilization of the quality of our end customer TV services. In addition, you are responsible for overall end-to-end or lifecycle responsibility and ensure that the area is positioned appropriately for customer and service-related support issues. **What you'll do**:

- You act as a central contact for strategic initiatives and core projects within TV operations to establish service and lifecycle responsibility
- You will develop a service management KPI set to control the department with regard to end-to-end service quality responsibility and cross-departmental coordination of the TV strategy
- You take over the independent coordination and implementation of the concepts as well as regular controlling in management committees
- You help leading the international TV Ops transformation and change initiatives by hosting workshops and ensure the milestones coming in time
- You practice active stakeholder management and persuasiveness in the relevant national and international committees based on well-founded analyzes and background information appropriate to the addressee
- You report direct to the “Head of TV Operations”

**Who you are**:

- A completed technical or business degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable training
- In-depth knowledge of TV network structures, system technologies and protocols in modern telecommunications networks is very welcome but not a must
- Self-reliant, structured and goal-oriented work style as well as motivated leadership of project teams
- Acting as a “change agent” and actively demonstrating new role requirements in the change and transformation process
- Very good spoken and written English (C1)
