Job description

**We are looking for a keen and hardworking sales person to join our growing team.**

**This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude to work.**

**About the role**:

- Receiving enquiries by phone and online.
- Sending quotations using a CRM system.
- Cold calling
- Developing existing customer base.
- Managing customer accounts.
- Negotiating pricing.

**What skills, qualifications and qualities are required?**:

- No qualifications are required. We are looking for the someone with right attitude rather than the right experience.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- The ability to work under pressure and to time restraints.
- The ability to work to sales targets.
- Great customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer systems such as the Microsoft office suite.
- Eager to achieve goals.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30 am-4.30pm

Bonus incentives: Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Commissions + Bonus scheme, realistic OTE £50.000+

Working from home option

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 1,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- German (required)
