In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Job Summary: As a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of real estate assets within the organization. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the successful implementation of strategic decisions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Your role will involve coordinating various tasks related to the definition and implementation of the Asset/project Business Plan, CapEx implementation, strategic planning, project management, property management and regulatory compliance.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in defining and implementing of the Business Plan defined for the Assets.
- Control over budget execution and flag deviations or necessary changes in the Business Plan.
- Coordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.
- Collaborate with supervision/project management teams to analyze and revise real estate projects in various phases.
- Monitor various markets, gather relevant information, like industry trends, competitor strategies, best practices, and disseminate insights to stakeholders within Norfin to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare presentations based on the market and projects commercial performance.
- Coordinate brokers involved in projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and providing support to optimize outcomes.
- Review marketing strategies and price lists periodically, analyzing their effectiveness and recommending adjustments as necessary to enhance competitiveness.
- Guarantee up to date information on project commercial performance, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance for decision-making purposes.
- Provide support to different teams within the organization as needed, leveraging analytical insights to address specific challenges or opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze data and assumptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, mainly excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in real estate asset management or related field is preferred.
