**Responsabilidades**:

- Prospeção/angariação de agentes/ franchisados;
- Focus na criação e crescimento da rede nacional de estações Rent a Car;
- Liderar a implementação de novas estações;
- Garantir os standards de Qualidade, promovendo ações de Formação, Auditorias, sempre numa ótica de Melhoria Contínua;
- Elaboração e apresentação de planos de negócios;
- Gestão contínua do portfolio de agentes;
- Monitorização dos KPIs, Objetivos e Resultados do negócio agências.

**Perfil**:

- Formação Superior;
- Fluente em inglês;
- Postura proactiva e espírito inconformista, resiliente, dinâmico e apaixonado pela excelência;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações (Nacional);
- Vocação comercial e orientação para os objetivos e resultados;
- Carta de condução.
