**What role will you play?**
- Conduct “as is” due diligences to understand customer challenges and pain points;
- Document customer requirements;
- Propose “to be” processes with solutions for customers;
- Coordinates overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of resources;
- Maintains constant communication to customers and/or other stakeholders;
- Monitors continuously the status of all assigned projects, and supports the accountable Project Managers;
- Manages consolidation and completion of budget plannings for all projects, and ensures related reporting’s;
- Sets up and monitors all assigned projects, and consults and supports the accountable Project Managers;
- Ensures that quality standards for Project Management processes are always met;
- Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment;
- May clarify cases as an escalation point;
- Oversees and manages a dedicated team of Project Manager and/or Project Management Office staff.

**We are looking for**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Proficiency in English;
- Project Management Skills (organized, structured and methodic);
- SAP knowledge is a plus (Module MM/FI and SD);
- Redwood or Mendix Knowledge is a plus;
- Strong communication skills (both orally and writing);
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens;
- Problem solving, fast thinking and ability to multi-task;
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
- Good business and social networking skills;
- Curious about new technologies and trends;
- Continuous learning attitude;
- Experience and/or training in project management and Agile methodology.
