About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Finance Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance automation project team, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end finance automation projects, including proposal management, customer negotiations, and team execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking project progress, and ensuring milestone completion. You will also support the staffing process, facilitate knowledge transfer processes, and maintain effective communication with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end finance automation projects, including proposal management, customer negotiations, and team execution;
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Track project progress and ensure milestone completion;
- Team Coordination & Communication: Support the staffing process; Facilitate knowledge transfer processes; Maintain effective communication with team members and management;
- Prepare and present project status reports;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field;
- 2– 5 years of professional experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Redwood/Mendix is a plus;
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-oriented with a proactive, continuous learning mindset;
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus;
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll have access to online learning platforms, discounts with our partners, and a shuttle bus to commute to the facilities. A hybrid and flexible working model promotes a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
