**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As an **English-Speaking Technical Support Advisor**, you will:

- Provide courteous, professional and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns
- Demonstrate strong conversational skills and ability to have non-scripted conversations with a range of customer bases: private, commercial customers, electricians, and field service partners.
- Assist customers by identifying and analyzing their needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure the content of communication meets the needs of the target audience

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of English (oral and written)**:

- Have a technical understanding and understanding of electromobility products and services
- Have administrative skills and basic knowledge of electrical engineering
- Are Certified TÜV training is a plus
- Have previous experience and interest in electromobility
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
