OPERATIONS

Our team consists of all exciting fields of Operations including Fulfilment, Delivery, Supply Chain Design and Operations Strategy. We are truly global, with strong presence in all global regions including Porto, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break
THE ROLE
As part of the Logistics department, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver an unrivalled experience to our customers all around the world. This role will provide you a deep understanding of the latest trends in e-commerce supply chain operations, international trade and B2C customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define KPIs and develop dashboards and ensure its correct communication to all involved stakeholders;
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring Delivery performance metrics and project related analysis are channelled through the business;
- Be a key player in multi-disciplinary, end-2-end project teams in order to address new logistics needs and continuous improvement projects;
- Be the owner of Delivery performance data and lead the development of tools and KPIs that will support the improvement of customer and partner experience e.g. excel files, BI dashboards or machine learning services;
- Work with internal customers and external suppliers worldwide in order to address new and existing needs;
- Identify opportunities and risks from Landed Costs Management operations with impact to our accuracy;
- Monitor and continuously improve our Landed Costs Management processes at a regional, local and route level;
- Explore solutions with our Tech teams and Third-Parties to improve our logistics processes and drive efficiencies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management or other relevant degree;
- 2+ years experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics role;
- Proficiency in Excel (Excel Google sheets is a plus) and demonstrated experience in modelling, research and analysis;
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge in BI/data visualisation tools (e.g., SSRS, Tableau, Looker, Qlikview etc.);
- Knowledge in Python;
- Fluent in English;
- Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines;
- You have high learnability skills, flexibility and resilience to work in a fast paced environment;
- A professional with excellent strategic thinking and customer oriented mindset;
- Able to turn insight into a compelling and meaningful narrative, through engaging presentations having different audiences in mind;
- Being passionate about ecommerce and technology is a plus;
- Exposure to Customs Operations, Trade Management/ Trade Compliance functions are highly valued, especially within the context of B2C operations.
