Join Our Team as a Growth Manager for Mary's Meals Education Program in Portugal

Mary's Meals Portugal is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Growth Manager to lead our education program expansion across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization committed to feeding and educating children in some of the world's most vulnerable communities.

As a Growth Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Mary's Meals' education program reach and impact in Portugal.
- Forge partnerships with government agencies, schools, NGOs, and community organizations to support program implementation and sustainability.
- Design and implement innovative educational initiatives tailored to the needs of local communities, ensuring access to quality education for all children.
- Lead fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and explore new revenue streams to support program activities.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote access to education and address the root causes of poverty and hunger.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in program management, partnership development, and fundraising within the humanitarian or nonprofit sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Passion for Mary's Meals' mission and values, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
