Freight Cost Auditing Analyst

As a Freight Cost Auditing Analyst, you will be responsible to assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow in a global scope.
In your new role you will:
- Verify the **accuracy of **freight invoices **and **dispute discrepancies **accordingly;
- **Collaborate with warehouse managers **to solve discrepancies;
- Release **freight invoices for payment **;
- Manage an efficient **workflow for the Accounting department **;
- **Run inquiry and ad-hoc reports **as requested **.**
You have a self-driven working style and are willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently and to structure your own work. Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A University degree in **Business Administration **, **Finance **, **Accounting, **or similar field of studies;
- At least **1 year **of **experience in Logistics, Finance, or Warehouse Cost analysis **preferably in a Shared Services Center;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially **Excel - SAP is preferred **;
- An **analytical mindset **and the ability to **pay attention to details;**:
- **Fluency in English **- knowledge of German is an advantage.
