**Role Summary**:
This position will report to General Counsel and will assist in the preparation and management of various SaaS related contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing MSA’s, Purchase Orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related contracts
- Coordinating and scheduling contract preparation and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
- In conjunction with General Counsel and the Sales department, review and revise current contracts to meet changing business and legal requirements
- Ensuring that employees understand and comply with company contracts
- Assist in utilizing the Ironclad® contract management software for EEA and Brazilian Customers
- Helping to ensure deadlines and contractual payment and invoicing are met
- ** Workplace type**:Hybrid

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as Contract Administrator, or equivalent experience
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Solid track record of handling efficiently and commercially, complex, and sophisticated contract reviews
- Ability to handle confidential information and opinions with discretion
- Respected for substantive expertise and work ethic

**A plus**:

- BSc degree in Business Administration
- Additional qualifications in law
