Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contract compliance and respective registration within ERP(SAP). You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, such as the sales team, legal department, order management and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Your mission will be… Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.We are looking for someone with… Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;Strong understanding of contract management principles;Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;Fluent writing and speaking in French and English (both languages mandatory).What you can expect from us… A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
