**Responsibilities**:

- Strive for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.

**Requirements**:

- **C2 level or higher of French**:

- **At least B2 level in English**:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
- Problem-solver, Active listener
