**Sales Support Officer**
In the role of Sales Support Officer you will be responsible for the management of the assigned programs, from the offer to the preparation of the dossiers for activation.

**Day to day**:
- Coordinate the different departments involved, credit, sales, sasu2/ contract manager at the different stages of the process.
- Liaise with manufacturers/distributors, keeping them informed of the progress and processes of the program
- Monitor and track the pipeline of both approved and pending deals.
- Provide periodic reports as required by each program
- Contribute to maximizing sales opportunities, proactively participating in the improvement of the process, projects and detecting and communicating opportunities in their contact with vendors/dealers.

**Essentials**:
- Possession of a university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, or similar education, with work experience in a similar or related position
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, MS Teams, Power Point)
- Medium/high level of English.
- We are looking for a disciplined and methodical person, with great working capacity, but at the same time dynamic and willing to face new challenges.
- Your skills should include pro-activeness, attention to detail, team spirit, organizational skills and be used to working under pressure.
