Sales Administrative Officer(M/F) fluent in English and Spanish.
As a
Sales Administrative Officer(M/F), you will ensure the administrative part of sales for several subsidiaries that work with SSC Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
- Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing
- Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
- Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;
- Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;
- Identifying and indicate deviations;
- Ensure good operational, daytoday, customers relationships.
Profile:
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum mandatory);
- Strong knowledge of Spanish;
- Previous experience in a similar position (mandatory);
- Previous administrative experience;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
