**About the job**
- The Source to Pay (S2P) Supporting Solutions Team Leader is in charge of leading a team of Support Officers on Group Strategic Sourcing platforms and to foster and monitor performance of the service provided to the worldwide GSS users**Your Main Activities Are**
- Lead a team of Supporting Officers (across different GS2S Systems)- Support and Development of Resources within the team performing regular assessment of team members perform and provide regular feedback to them- Ensure proper reporting information to the manager, regarding the team activities- Advise internal clients on the right use of the tool, including the production of support documentation and training sessions for end users- Handle complex incident management-
- Ensure the correct implementation of the domain processes within the team and participate on the related governance meetings (to be supported by the Manager)-
- Ensure the production of Permanent Control Level 1 controls with at least satisfactory results- Ensure proper documentation update**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Computer Science- At least 4 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance, Client Management or Information Technology- Knowledge of Business Intelligence SAP Business Objects- Knowledge of Financial Software ERP- Knowledge in Finance & Budget - Accounting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Fluent in English and French- Communication skills - oral & written- Attention to detail/rigor- Proactivity- Ability to develop others & improve their skills- Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment#LI-Hybrid
