The **Reporting and Analytics Centre of Excellence **is a dynamic and integrated function delivering cross functional specialist services to the Kantar Business Services (KBS) organisation with a focus on enabling the Tower Delivery teams to drive operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. The role will report to the Business Systems Reporting Lead in the KBS and will be responsible for implementing the reporting and analytical strategy, delivery and services across Finance, HR and Procurement.
- Support the allocated Global Process Owner ( s ) and other Kantar stakeholders to understand, review and prioritize reporting requirements that underpin the signed off global processes for Finance, HR and Procurement.
- Help b uild a Data Governance framework that drives data quality assurance and trusted report s and data sets.
- Support the Data Insights team on understanding transactional data for performance management, variance analysis and ad-hoc queries from senior management.
- Enable and support Demand and Incident Management processes to identify requirements and troubleshoot technical and business problems with the underlying transactional data and data structures.
- T ranslate new requirements into the relevant functional specifications for technical teams to design, build and test reports using the most appropriate solution.
- Support the Business Systems Reporting Lead in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of KBS performance and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance regulations.
- S upport the KBS Reporting and Analytics lead in the stabilisation and growth of KBS Reporting & Analytics CoE, including the on-going transition of additional services into KBS and the development of internal capabilities within the wider o rganisation.
- Ensuring the success of the Dat a I nsight s team by being proactive on data quality issues which helps provide a trusted data source for performance reporting and analytics.

**Role Requirements**
- Degree level education in Business Administration /Finance or equivalent.
- Experience working within a cross functional Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
- Deep understanding of at least one of the following:
ERP Reporting Platforms (SAP, Oracle, IFS)

HR (Workday, Peoplesoft)

Procurement Business Systems (Coupa)

Budgeting and Financial Consolidation Solutions ( Onestream, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Hyperion HFM)
- Good report writing skills with native ERP and Business Systems report writing tools and BI Applications such as Bus iness Objects, Oracle BI or Cognos.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Has worked as part of a team involved in the month end close process and is diligent in meeting the required deadlines for this.
- Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross functional projects with the ability to inspire and influence across the organisation.
- Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
