POSTE
- We are looking for a highly motivated **Women RTW** with a genuine passion for Women RTW for our Lisbon Store.
- As a Expert Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. Leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be accountable for developing and driving the Women RTW business.
- With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader in Women RTW while also selling all products categories across the brand.
- You will be the voice of your category for Clients, working hand in hand with the management team in the store and also with the head office (merchandising, training...). You will be on top of your numbers with a strategic mindset, able to put in place actions plans in order to drive the development of the category.
- You will be the role model for your category, leveraging your strong enthusiasm to upgrade the Women RTW knowledge in store. Your passion and expertise would be key to keep the buzz around the category and build team confidence in the category.

PROFIL

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Possess and maintain a strong, in-depth, and highly technical expertise of WRTW which you will use to support and develop the performance of the category.
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced Product and Clienteling skills;
- In collaboration wit the Store Management team, focus on WRTW development strategies and actively identify and recruit new potential Clients individually and with the team;
- Be the role model of your category - demonstrating an active, genuine passion and strong enthusiasm, by demonstrating pro-activity.
- Actively animate the WRTW category to the full store team at every available opportunity
- Support the Store Management team in coaching and challenging the team to ensure personal sales targets, while ensuring an elevated and memorable client experience;
- Ability to provide Head Office with feedback relating to WRTW and demonstrate strong understanding of the business of your category. Ability to create and implement specific action plans to proactively drive the business.
- Demonstrate strong market expertise of competition in WRTW
- Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge and drive silhouette mindset with a strong focus on selling all categories.
- You will be the ambassador and role model for your category, demonstrating a genuine passion and strong enthusiasm to share your knowledge and raise the level of the store in WRTW as well as the buzz of the category.

Your clienteling skills are advanced and you are an expert in creating desirability in your Clients.

**Proficient Portuguese and fluent English.**

**Flexibility & Availability afternoons and weekends**
