**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to final enrolment.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with prospective families, effectively representing the school and its mission.
- Provide comprehensive information about the school to prospective families.
- Manage and coordinate school tours, appointments, and visitor information.
- Greet and follow up with visiting families, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Collaborate with staff to facilitate successful visits and address any queries.
- Lead and ensure compliance with admissions practices and procedures.
- Manage and conduct entrance examinations and assessments.

**Back Office Work**:

- Organize and prepare all necessary paperwork required for enrolment.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.

**Generic Accountabilities**:
In addition to the core responsibilities outlined above, the Admissions Registrar may undertake supplementary tasks to actively contribute to the continuous growth and development of the school.
