**Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Support Representative will be**:

- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality and productivity goals as well as compliance regulations.
- Build meaningful relationship, addressing customer inquiries with politeness, warmth, and professionalism.

**Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role**:

- A native-level proficiency in Norwegian and a minimum B2 level of English
- **Ready to start a new job in Portugal 22.4.**:

- High school diploma or Higher Education certificate
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required) or EU citizenship that
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Motivation and commitment to give excellent customer service
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle

- Working hours: full time (40h/week) Monday
- Sunday 8:00-20:00
- 17136€/year plus performance bonus starting from the 4th month in the production
