YOUR TASKS
Gather insights and report on markets relevant for animal nutrition and food value chain
- Map the potential customer market and competitive (technology) landscape
- Anticipate market gaps and opportunities based on consumer habits and macro-economic trends
- Support founders translating gathered intel into market strategy
- Build up reporting structure and keep it up to date with new insights found
- Contribute with innovative ideas, and business cases that can bring value to MicroHarvest
**Requirements**:
WHO YOU ARE
You have 1 to 2 yrs experience conducting market research in B2B segments (primary and secondary)
- Advanced skills using MS Office tools (namely Excel and PowerPoint)
- Skilled in using data reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBi or others)
- You are comfortable using data mining programming tools, such as R or Python
- You love in-depth data research, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- You are able to look beyond the obvious data to find valuable insights that guide strategic action
- You are curious about the main trends and challenges of the food and feed industry
- Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus
