What does a Sales Representative Off Trade do?

Being part of the Off-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels looking to gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team with focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.

About You

We are looking for Primos who want be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:
As part of the Off-Trade team, you will need to deliver on predefined channel targets
Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Off-Trade customers
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands in the Off Trade
Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
You will look for new outlets in the winning channels (proximity) to ensure our brands are where our consumers buy
Drive value share growth for our brands in the Off-Trade Channel
You will develop our Premium portfolio in the channel.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
Demonstrable affinity with Off Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective
Solid negotiation skills
Good Communicator and an active listener
Team player

**The following are preferred**:
Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is a distinct advantage
Good level of English (Oral & Written)
