YOUR OPPORTUNITY
What does a Sales Representative do?

Nesta função, será responsável pela criação de valor através da geração de valor e do desenvolvimento de relações com clientes On Trade da sua área. Criará o legadp da Bacardi e conduzirá decisões chave para afetarão significativamente a presença da Bacardi no On trade em Portugal.
Será responsável por atingir os objectivos determinados pelo plano do país.
Desenvolverá e manterá relações efectivas com os clientes e os principais influenciadores e influenciará o posicionamento das marcas Bacardi no On Trade.
Será responsável pela implementação do plano comercial que cumpre os programas de clientes acordados no Plano de Actividades (IAP) do país, específico para os clientes On Trade.
Conduzirá a utilização do Picture of Sucess e a abordagem para ativar as nossas marcas e influenciar os consumidores no ponto de compra.
Identificará oportunidades e orientará o desenvolvimento e a execução de estratégias para maximizar o desempenho da Bacardi nos clientes On Trade da sua região, alcançando a criação de valor.

Apresentar resultados e excelência na execução
Atingir a cobertura correcta e a frequência de visitas na área definida.
Cumprir os objectivos predefinidos em termos de receitas e lucros brutos.
Cumprir os objectivos do Picture of Sucess.
Aumentar a distribuição das nossas marcas nos pontos de venda.
Contribuir para a definição da estratégia do canal & portfólio do canal On Trade.
Construir relações efectivas a longo prazo com os seus clientes e principais influenciadores.
Aquisição de pontos de venda adequados com (elevado) potencial para a marca.
Aumentar a visibilidade através da utilização de materiais POS.
Garantir a qualidade das nossas bebidas.
Planear e coordenar promoções em pontos de venda On Trade.
Promover incansavelmente uma abordagem baseada no pagamento por desempenho com os clientes.
Boa comunicação com todos os intervenientes da Bacardi Portugal.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
As Competências e a Experiência necessárias para criar o seu legado:
Histórico comprovado de desempenho no sector comercial, sendo preferível a experiência de vendas no terreno
Experiência comprovada no On Trade, Eventos e/ou Promoções
Disciplina, estrutura e boa capacidade de organizar o seu trabalho de forma autónoma e eficaz.
Sólidas capacidades de negociação e planeamento
Bom comunicador e ouvinte ativo
Espírito de Equipa
Total Disponibilidade
Quando necessário, estar disponível e disposto a trabalhar à noite e aos fins-de-semana.

**São preferíveis as seguintes características**:
Experiência no sector das bebidas espirituosas e/ou bebidas é uma vantagem distinta
Inglês fluente (oral e escrito)
**Família**: fazer a matriz funcionar, trabalhar em equipa, ajudar os outros
**Destemido**: concentrar-se no exterior para ganhar, procurar novos negócios
