**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Digital Excellence Lead is accountable for the overall success of the “Road to independence (R2i)” project, which establishes a tool landscape for Communications in Siemens Energy. Your experience as Product Owner helps you to drive the success of the program. In addition, the lead drives the transformation of the project organization and international team to a self-empowered and self-organized unit that provides services around this landscape to the CM community. You will be responsible for providing the overall framework for the initiative. You partner with IT and are the decision-maker regarding overall ways of working, roadmap, and objective.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Creating and maintaining the overall frame, aligned with CM and IT strategies, managing and reporting ongoing global roadmap, timeline, risks, as well as representing and advocating the initiative inside and outside of CM
- Aligning all participants on the common objective, vision, and mission as well as providing an overall framework for and ensure the success of the R2i project and initiative
- Driving and guiding the transformation from the R2i program to a permanent initiative within Communications as well as fostering collaboration across functions and teams
- Keeping and fostering executive’s buy in and sponsorship, represent the team's interests towards leadership
- Managing staffing (in alignment with the CM leadership team) and budget of the initiative
- Supporting and strengthening team members (Activity Bundle Owners), build acceptance and appreciation for this team and its services within CM and beyond
- Leading with empathy, provide assistance to the ABOs, build relationships, and nurture team development
- Acting as a role model in terms of digital and data-driven communication and key stakeholder management

**What You Bring**
- University degree and 5+ years of experience in communications functions
- Passion for digital excellence and a drive to deliver results with experience in a product owner or similar role
- Distinctive leadership and management skills with experience in leading and managing large-scale digital initiatives or matrix organizations in an empowered way
- People and purpose driven leadership style with a focus on collaboration and team development as well as strong change management skills with experience in driving and guiding transformational change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management and building relationships outside of our own organization
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and experience in agile ways of working as well as strong budget management skills with experience in managing global budgets
- High level of integrity, honesty, and respect
