Welcome to the largest vendor of computer software in the world. Join an American multinational company that provides cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware and other online services.
As an integral part of the team you will be the main point of contact between the company and the client. With your talent for strategic thinking your primary goal is to understand the client's needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster long-term business relationships. Your responsibilities may include coordinating the delivery of products or services to clients, resolving issues that may arise during the course of a project and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
You only need to be fluent in English (C2) and have previous experience in digital marketing, industry and market research, and sales. This workplace, where innovation meets adventure, is located in Entrecampos, in Lisbon, and your schedule is 40 h/week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour), from 1 pm until 10 pm. To get you started with everything you need, you will be given a training program of around 15 working days, in English
