Empresa a atuar na prestação de serviços para várias indústrias pretende recrutar um Regional Sales Manager para o mercado Ibérico.

A sua nova função
- Apoiar os chefes das sub-regiões e os responsáveis de vendas sub-regionais em vários tópicos de vendas;
- Criar planos de vendas regionais em alinhamento com os objectivos comerciais;
- Analisar as tendências do mercado regional e descobrir novas oportunidades de crescimento em cooperação com o Gestor de Desenvolvimento Empresarial Regional e as direções dos vários países;
- Transmitir conhecimentos e dados de vendas dos clientes à equipa de produtos e operações para apoiar o desenvolvimento de produtos;
- Entrega de relatórios sobre objectivos de vendas, alvos, e percepções de vendas adicionais.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
- Formação Académica em Engenharia, Comercial ou áreas semelhantes;
- Experiência profissional consolidada em vendas;
- Disponibilidade para viajar;
- Sentido de responsabilidade;
- Proatividade e ambição;
- Conhecimento do mercado ibérico
