As a Global Wellness Leader, you will be responsible for managing site wellness initiatives, ensuring that the client is kept up to date and internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments while managing the Wellness mentors team to drive wellness and related outcomes in Trust & Safety.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build a deep understanding of content type nature, specific goals, the nuances, and consistently deliver the best employee experience.
- Drive the Engagement calendar along with the Wellness Coaches for the assigned client/region to ensure new and innovative activities are enabled for the employees.
- Lead multiple initiatives and core processes in the site, including mental health awareness, nutrition, physical activity, etc., and maintain alignment across geographies.
- Focus on driving insights on wellness through strong innovation, analytics, and insights discipline.
- Manage Wellness mentors team to drive wellness and related outcomes in Trust & Safety.
- Manage site wellness initiatives, ensuring that the client is kept up to date and internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments.
- Work with key cross-functional stakeholders (Global Wellness, HR, Legal, Health & Safety) to ensure collaboration and effectiveness.
- Plan and develop a wellness program strategy.
- Manage relationships with third parties, providing on-site certified mentors, counselors, and psychologists.
- Host workshops and conduct Group sessions in conjunction with the Counsellors.
- Ensure that each team member is using a consistent wellness framework.
- Focus on increasing resiliency and reducing risks.

**Targeted Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields (preferred).
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Excellent communication and client management skills, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience in managing Wellness for large and diverse Trust & Safety / Content Moderation teams of remotely located professionals.

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneously.
