**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a** French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a major coffee brand**, you will:

- Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs
- Handle and manage inquiries in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development of customer loyalty

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of French (written and oral)**:

- Can communicats easily and confidently
- Demonstrate empathy and ability to propose appropriate and effective solutions
- Desire to develop soft skills in a professional environment
- Are proactive, results-oriented, motivated and able to work in a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment
