**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor for Telecom Project, **you will:

- Manage customer requirements and expectations, by phone, in a calm and empathetic manner, aiming to solve their cases and issues.
- Find and propose personalized solutions to customer’s requests.
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate line.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling our products and services to existing customers
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Meet and exceed retention and cross-selling targets.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of German (written and oral)**:

- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Have previous experience in Customer Service
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
