**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **French-Speaking Customer Advisor for Smart Cards Project,** you will:

- Analyze our customers' needs and personalize the relationship to better understand their expectations, reassure them and accompany them,
- Develop a long-lasting and quality relationship to enrich the customer portfolio within the framework of our Relational Excellence challenge,
- Manage the files entrusted to you in compliance with procedures and security rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of French (written and oral)**:

- Have analytical skills
- Have excellent communication skills, combined with a formal and diplomatic position
- Have a good organizational, time management and planning skills
