**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **Portuguese and English-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Rent-a-Car Project**, you will:

- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of Portuguese from Portugal and English (written and oral)**:

- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
- Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Are proactivity, self-motivated and a great team player
