**About the job**
- The HR Business Partner Support trainee will integrate the HR Business Partners team and, under the operational supervision of the HR Business Partners Support, and will participate and provide support in various projects, such as:

- HR Yearly campaigns and ad hoc exercises
- HR Transversal Projects
- HR Tools implementation (follow-up)
- Reporting & Monitoring

The traineeship will have the duration of 12 months.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Participate and support in the activities and topics lead by the HR Business Partners team including career and employee lifecycle matters, human resources administrative processes, audit requests, etc;
- Support in HR projects implementation and updating data in HR tools;
- Support the preparation of documentation, data, KPIs and metrics;
- Produce dashboards to track success and improvement areas of our initiatives;
- Redesign and clean-up of the HR Resource Centers (One Drive, Sharepoints. Shared Folders), both in terms of content and format;
- List all operational procedures of the department and review with the relevant stakeholders if necessary. Monitor HR policies and procedures revision;
- Look for articles and news on HR trends, competitor information, etc and share with team;
- Support the HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners Support on ad-hoc topics.

The HR Business Partner trainee will support the team by:

- Supporting team in preparing documentation, filling in templates, validation requests
- Gathering preparatory information for HR initiatives and ad hoc exercises;
- Collecting, analysing data, checking, chasing and completing data requests;
- Data quality checks, reconciliations, checking information in HR tools, correcting inconsistencies and/or chasing the relevant departments to correct them;
- Extract relevant KPIs and prepare reports for each HR BP to analyse;
- Keep HR databases up to date, tracking information on HR tools, updating it in the various sources of information
- Organizing, maintaining and updating team’s files records, tracking and following up on pending matters;
- Support in gathering information regarding initiatives liaising with Human Capital Manager (talent identification programs, people review, succession planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, etc);
- Providing input for the creation and updating of the team’s training materials (ex: induction plan and agenda, guides, tutorials);
- Summarising information and market trends;
- Liaising with other HR areas and relevant stakeholders on ongoing topics

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Excel (required), other tools (preferred)
- Preferred Academic Background: Social Sciences or Human Resources
- Good communication skills - oral & written
- Organization ability and time management
- Accuracy/Attention to detail/Ability to manage data
- Autonomy/Ability to manage a project
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
