**Descrição/Funções**
- Payroll e People Administration
- Preparação, revisão e controlo do processamento de salários (mandatário);
- Relatório Único;
- Gestão administrativa dos colaboradores (medicina no trabalho; Penhoras);
- Segurança Social (admissão, cessação, abertura estabelecimento, notificações, etc.).
- Suporte na condução de ações e procedimentos disciplinares;
- Elaboração de contratos de trabalho e prestação de serviços;
- Processos de alteração de funções, horários de trabalho, trabalho extraordinário,
- Controlo de contratos a termo, trabalho temporário, prestadores de serviço.
- Gestão dos processos de auditorias internas e externas;
- Implementação _do sistema de payroll._

**Requisitos**
- Formação Superior ao nível de Recursos Humanos ou similar;
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência em implementação de um sistema de payroll (obrigatório);
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório);
- Domínio das ferramentas do MS Office;
- Elevada capacidade de comunicação;

**Oferta**
- Remuneração base mensal de acordo com a experiência apresentada.
- Regime híbrido de teletrabalho (2x/semana em teletrabalho).
- Local de trabalho Miraflores.
- Contrato de trabalho a termo certo de 12 meses, com período experimental de 30 dias;
- Seguro de Acidentes Pessoais;
- Seguro de Saúde gratuito para o colaborador, com possibilidade de inclusão de elemento do agregado familiar sob o encargo do colaborador;
