**The Global Shared Services Specialist - HR Services will provide day-to-day management support for Organon’s HR Service Providers as well as other HR Service Delivery functions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for internal clients. In addition, the GSS Specialist will support continuous improvement initiatives and projects to deliver business value for GSS.**

**Customers include HR Service Delivery providers and internal teams, HR Teams and HR Centers of Expertise (e.g. Global Talent Attraction, HR Solutions, etc.). The specialist will provide support in resolving escalated issues, serving as a point of contact for external HR providers and will maintain oversight of ancillary processes such as knowledge management.**

More specifically, primary activities include, but are not limited to:

- Support day-to-day vendor management for case escalations from HR and Tier 1 HR support teams
- Utilize HR case management and knowledge management system to obtain resolutions and document/track cases
- Build & maintain a knowledge base and create new knowledge articles if needed to be used in HR Information Systems as well as in HR Chatbots, work with regional Tier 2 teams on regional specific items as needed
- Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide continuous improvement advice
- Support Service Delivery clients in vendor governance & management through proactive data analysis and reporting
- Partner proactively with HR Service Delivery to provide guidance and coaching; identify when additional training or knowledge is needed to prevent escalations
- Participate on continuous improvement projects or teams as assigned

What we Require of You:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher - Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree applicable years of experience
- At least 3 years of related work experience, e.g., Human Resources, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition or Customer Care
- Process orientation - problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken). Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Understanding of different roles and responsibilities within the Human Resources Function
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
