Join us.Associate HR Processes & SystemsLIVEWhat you will doHR Connect is connecting staff, managers and local HR to Amgen's global HR processes, programs, and tools. For all global HR questions, we are the place to go toYou will be responsible to support and improve the HR service center with business subject matter expert support related to Workday, Service Now and HR processes.Accountabilities:Act as designated subject matter expert on different processes in Workday and be responsible for maintaining our internal/external HR Knowledge basesManage workforce administration Workday according to global processesEnsure Workday data quality through auditsParticipate in system and process improvement projects related to Workday,Service Now and HR processesAct as a dedicated point of contact for staff, managers and local HR indesignated countriesEnsure that HR inquiries are managed according to service levelagreements and local/global policies and proceduresResponsibilities:Subject Matter ExpertAs 'escalation point, provide resolutions to escalated issues on Workday processes like Time & Absence, Reporting and Core HCM.Advise and train HR Connect team members on HR processes, improvements, and best practices.Participate in multiple subject matter expert groupsHR Systems, Implementations and EnhancementsWork closely with HR Connect country reps and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate these into technical solutionsCooperate closely with HR Tech experts in HR Staff Services to implementtechnical solutionsExecute workforce administration, transactions and mass-uploads in WorkdayData QualityPerform a range of regular Workday auditsSupport and train the team in performing Workday auditsSupport and train the team in performing Workday mass-uploadsHR Connect RepresentativeRepresent HR Connect in designated countries to all staff. Provide HRsupport, training and presentations to staff, managers and local HRWINWhat we expect of youDeveloped computer skills in the Microsoft Office 365 environment,specifically in ExcelExperience with standard operating processes and proceduresOverall minimum of 2 years professional work experience within acommercial service delivery/customer service environment Experience in HCM functions in Workday system and processes1-2 days per week present at the ACCP office (hybrid role)Preferred Requirements:Bachelor's or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Economicsor equivalentMultinational company experience in a service center environmentExperience in Workday configurationFluent in 2 or more language(s).
