**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Join our Amgen Global Talent Management COE as a member of the agile operational team. The team provides project and specialist support to ensure the successful development and deployment of talent management (TM) strategies and programs.
- Support the global COE key initiatives and programs, including the global Talent Marketplace
- Utilize and maintain global talent platforms to help ensure optimal employee experience and provide high-quality information
- Coordinate and support the execution of annual talent processes
- Provide project support to key initiatives, including platform launches, sustainment, and change management

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum two years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
- Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity
- Sophisticated competence using MS Office - in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint, and ideally Viva Insights
- Experience in project management/event coordination
- Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context
- Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations
- Proficiency in English and additional languages are a plus

**Preferred requirements**:

- Broad understanding of TM processes in organizations
- Production and analysis of TM data
- Competent in the use and creation of internal collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint)
- Collaborates well with internal and external clients
- Takes initiative and pro-actively suggests new insights
- Use of specific systems & tools relating to the TM process
- Fluency in additional languages
- Training in core project management methodology
