We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.
**About the project**:
You will be providing services for a global technology company best known for its search engine, which helps users find information online. It also offers various products and services. It is a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. and plays a major role in internet services, advertising, and cloud computing.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assisting users with installing software, drivers, and updates.
- Setting up new devices, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Creating and maintaining detailed records of support cases and resolutions.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical experts or specialized teams.
- Following up to ensure escalated issues are resolved promptly.
- Keeping an eye on system performance and uptime.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
**What you will gain**:

- **Base salary (gross): 1000€/month**:
- **Performance bonus: up to 120€/month**:
- **Meal allowance**:6€/per working day (paid in meal card)

**IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**:
- Refund of the flight expenses;
- Hotel room after relocation for up to 28 days
