KEY INFORMATION
- Start date**:April 1st 2025.**:

- For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
- We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period

**Eligibility Requirements** (must have):

- You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025
- You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for an **Integrated Marketing Intern** to join **Dickies** within VF EMEA Internship Program.

The Integrated Marketing Intern will support the marketing team by:

- Assisting in the execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, and reporting.
- Providing operational support, enhance analytical efforts, and contribute to the optimization of marketing performance.
- Ensuring consistency and efficiency in marketing efforts, contributing to overall brand growth and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

At the end of the Trainee period you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:

- **Digital Marketing Fundamentals**: The trainee will gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing disciplines, including paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Affiliate marketing, learning how these channels contribute to a cohesive marketing strategy.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: The trainee will develop strong analytical skills by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) from various marketing activities, contributing to data-driven decision-making and strategic improvements.
- **Cross-Channel Integration**: The trainee will learn how to integrate insights from different digital channels to create a more holistic marketing strategy, improving overall campaign effectiveness.
- **Strategic Marketing Insights**: Over time, the intern will contribute to refining our digital marketing strategies by analyzing data that informs our marketing mix. This will help grow the intern's ability to influence decision-making processes and drive better marketing outcomes.
- **Collaboration & Project Management**: The trainee will work closely with different departments, including creative, content, and external agencies, developing project management and communication skills essential for cross-functional collaboration.
