Grupo NOA Restaurantes, com espaços de restauração localizados no resort da Quinta do Lago e Vilamoura, Algarve, está a recrutar Sous Chef (M/F) para completar a sua equipa permanente dos restaurantes NOA Café Quinta do Lago, com experiência em conceito Brunch & Wellness Food.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas:

- Trabalhar em colaboração com o chefe de cozinha;
- Preparar e confecionar o menu definido, seguindo os standards e procedimentos estabelecidos;
- Preparar os alimentos para sua confecção;
- Rececionar os alimentos e acondiciona-os nas devidas condições aplicando e cumprindo os procedimentos e "standards" de HACCP;
- Organizar e preparar a "mise en place";
- Manter o sector de trabalho organizado e limpo;
- Bom uso dos equipamentos e utensílios;
- Simpatia, assiduidade e pontualidade;
- Adaptabilidade e polivalência;
- Bom relacionamento & trabalho em equipa;

**Requisitos**:

- Formação mínima: Ensino Secundário - Tecnológico/Profissional
;
- Experiência na Função;
- Residência: Distrito Faro;
- Paixão pela arte de Cozinha;
- Orientação para o detalhe. Sólida postura, cordial e confiante;
- Responsabilidade, motivação e proatividade;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa e capacidade de promover um bom ambiente e entre-ajuda
;
- Experiência na função e capacidade de aprendizagem;
- Transporte próprio;
